Overview

EDIsecure ART YMCK-PO Color & Peel Off ribbons consist of yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) panels for printing a full spectrum of colors by combining the colors using varying degrees of heat and a Peel Off panel prevents the transfer of retransfer film over card features like signature panels, magnetic stripes, smart cards etc.

EDIsecure printers require specialized media to function properly. To maximize printed card quality and durability, as well as print head life and overall printer reliability, use only certified EDIsecure ribbons.

When stored under proper conditions, EDIsecure dye-sublimation color ribbons typically have a shelf life of up to one year. Ribbons that are more than a year old, and improperly stored, will not print optimally and will likely end up costing more money and time in maintenance and in reprinting cards.
